How marks are counted
- 150 questions, 300 marks: each question is worth 300 ÷ 150 = 2 marks.
- A wrong answer costs one third of a question's marks (−0.67).
- Option E (“question not attempted”) scores 0: nothing added, nothing cut.
- A question with no option filled in at all, not even E, is a blank: it costs the same as a wrong answer. More than 15 blanks (10% of 150) and the candidate is disqualified.
- If RSSB deletes questions, they count for no one and their marks are spread over the rest.
Frequently asked questions
When will RSSB release the CET Graduation Level 2026 answer key?
RSSB usually releases its model answer key within a few days of the exam, on its website. We will add the date here when RSSB announces it. On exam evening, TopKaro's teachers publish an unofficial key on this page so you can check your score sooner.
How do I raise an objection?
After the model key is out, RSSB takes objections online on its website for a few days. You log in, pick the question, give your reason with a source, and pay a fee per question as set in RSSB's notice. The final key comes after experts review the objections.
How is the score calculated?
Each of the 150 questions is worth 300 ÷ 150 = 2 marks. A wrong answer costs one third of that (−0.67), and so does a question left with no option at all; option E scores 0. If questions are deleted, the 300 marks are spread over the questions that remain. The calculator above does all of this for you.
What is option E?
Every question has a fifth circle, E, for “question not attempted”. Marking E scores 0, with no negative mark. If more than 10% of the questions (15 of 150) have none of the five circles filled in, the candidate is disqualified.
Is the TopKaro key official?
No. Only RSSB's model and final keys are official. TopKaro's key is prepared by our teachers on exam evening so you can estimate your score early; answers we are not sure of are marked “?”, and we update the key when RSSB publishes its own.
