These terms apply when you use TopKaro at topkaro.com. By signing in or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TopKaro.

1. A free service

TopKaro is free to use. We may add, change or remove tests and features at any time. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before you pay anything.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. You must be 18 or older.
  • One account is for one person. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.
  • How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

When using TopKaro, you must not:

  • cheat, for example by using several accounts or tools to improve your rank unfairly;
  • copy questions in bulk, scrape the site, or use bots or automated tools to access it;
  • share, sell or lend your account to anyone else;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
  • abuse, harass or impersonate other people, including our team.

4. Blocking accounts

If you break these terms, we may block your account, remove your results from rank lists, or stop you from using TopKaro. If you think we blocked you by mistake, write to [email protected].

5. For practice only

  • Our tests are for practice. TopKaro is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, RPSC, UPSC, SSC or any other government body or exam conducting authority.
  • Our scores and ranks are estimates among TopKaro users and say nothing official about your result in a real exam.
  • We work hard on accuracy, but questions, answers or explanations may contain errors. Always check official notices and syllabi. If you spot a mistake, please report it to [email protected].

6. Our content

The questions, explanations, tests, design and logo on TopKaro belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute them without our written permission.

7. No warranty

TopKaro is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or that using it will lead to success in any exam.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TopKaro and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on our content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for important changes, tell you on the site. If you keep using TopKaro after a change, you accept the new terms.
